Recon Build

I created a speed build for Black Light Retribution based on the style of Gameplay that I go for which is Force Recon, so I go for Handicapping, Diversionary tactics and Support.
I play lightly I don't really play FPS more than a couple of hours a day and if the area was less inhabited by people that aren't supposed to be here or were oppressed by reality and nature I would probably swim jog and enjoy hiking and sh!t like that but I can't because of the challenge of the authority and jurisdiction of the federal government over a minority of the population and some of their young dependents...
